Juan Torres-Douglas

Juan O. Torres-Douglas is the Co-Owner and Principle Designer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Catholic University. Mr. Torres has worked on diverse forms of engineering and design projects, including hydrologic & hydraulic studies, site development plans, highways, airports, and utility drawings.
